GATE 8

Gate 8 is a 6 Green Star commercial office building developed by H.CO Property, located on the eastern edge of Melbourne's CBD, overlooking the iconic MCG.

Home to Harris Capital and its affiliated investment and advisory businesses, the building also serves as a collaborative hub for not-for-profits and entrepreneurs dedicated to social and environmental impact. With extensive co-working spaces, an auditorium, workshop facilities, a wellness centre, a café, and a rooftop terrace, Gate 8 is designed to foster innovation and community.

Micio was engaged to develop the wayfinding strategy and design for the complex, along with key branded environmental elements that reinforce its identity. Our goal was to create a seamless navigation experience that enhances user engagement while aligning with the project's vision of collaboration and connectivity.
