HEDGELEY APARTMENTS

Nestled within leafy Malvern East, Hedgeley, developed by Little Projects, has brought an urban transformation to this historically rich neighbourhood. Comprising 117 apartments with commercial and retail opportunities, this dwelling also features a central atrium garden, gymnasium and library.

Engaged by Hutchinson Builders and in close collaboration with About SJB, Micio was responsible for the delivery of wayfinding, statutory and external signage works. While maintaining the design intent, our team ensured the finishes and materials for all the signage reflected the modern luxurious tones of Hedgeley.

It was an incredible journey to partner with the multi-award-winning teams to deliver Hedgeley Malvern East, which later won the 2019-2020 Asia Pacific Property Awards – Best Residential Development Australia.
