As NOVUS' first location in Australia, this project sets an important benchmark for the brand's presence in the region. Micio played an integral role in shaping the wayfinding strategy, signage package, and branded environmental elements. With residents' long-term comfort in mind, we focused on creating an intuitive and effortless spatial experience that supports daily life. From arrival points to communal spaces and living areas, our designs enhance navigation while reinforcing the development's refined aesthetic and helping residents and visitors feel a stronger connection to the NOVUS brand through consistent styling, messaging, and atmosphere.
