Sanctuary is a distinctive collection of architecturally designed commercial spaces developed by Baja, set in the vibrant heart of Southport, Queensland.

Dubbed the Gold Coast's first “man cave and she-shed” community, Sanctuary offers 70 beautifully crafted spaces that cater to individuals and businesses seeking a dynamic environment that seamlessly combines security, convenience, and style.

Micio led the conceptualisation and development of the project's wayfinding strategy, environmental branding, and signage design. Our involvement extended beyond design; we oversaw the project from concept through to implementation, ensuring that our high standards and design intent were consistently upheld.

Our goal was to create signage that not only complements the space it inhabits but also reflects the unique character of this community.
